  • Set technical standards and policies for all  Level Designers on the project

  • Document game designs for team wide use

  • Help design teams adjust gameplay designs to fit within technical constraints

  • Help Engineering teams determine and implement behavior systems for character navigation

  • Assist Level Designers with creation of primary game spaces

  • Coordinate with outsourcing teams for implementation of world spaces assigned to them
